As Chief Operating Officer Nalini Sullivan is responsible for the company vision, business development, and day to day operational execution at NKS Hospitality
.
With over 20 years of hotel management and operational experience that includes independent groups such as Library Hotel Collection, Dream Hotel Group, as well as branded properties such as Hilton, Radisson, Starwood, & Hyatt, she is knowledgeable in all phases of hotel operations from concept and opening, programming of services, to managing the processes of budgeting, revenue planning, daily execution and long term financial planning.
Receiving a full scholarship from the accredited Katherine Gibbs School, majoring in Hospitality Management. Nalini discovered her passion for hotel operations and development while working directly with multiple ownership groups. Nalini assumed her first General Manager role at the age of 26 at the Hotel Giraffe, a luxury boutique hotel located in New York City on the infamous Park Avenue South. Nalini has lead multiple teams executing in both top line and bottom line revenue growth. Since 2019 NKS Hospitality has provided strategic operating and financial guidance as a consultant firm acquiring the first management contract in 2019.
